Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of seasonal campaigns and marketing programs in partnership with the Brand Marketing Manager.
- Collaborate with marketing, retail, and product teams to ensure 360° integration across all touchpoints.
- Own campaign briefing for creative and communications teams, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
- Contribute to strategic planning by identifying insights from consumer, cultural, competitive, and communications trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive effective campaign execution.
- Prepare and manage campaign decks, proposals, and presentation materials.
- Lead post-campaign analysis and manage marketing invoicing and financial tracking.
- Oversee the coordination and implementation of project plans, including timelines and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development of innovative campaigns that showcase Holt Renfrew’s brands.
- Stay informed on market and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Support the creation of ideas that drive traffic and sales across in-store and digital channels.
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes, tools, and team performance.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years post-university work experience in marketing, strategy, project and/or account management.
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to act as both a leader and an individual contributor.
- Proficient in project management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Confident and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Deep interest in fashion, arts, and culture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in creating engaging presentation decks.
