Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of seasonal campaigns and marketing programs.

- Own campaign briefing for creative and communications teams.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage campaign decks, proposals, and presentation materials.
- Lead post-campaign analysis and manage marketing invoicing and financial tracking.
- Oversee coordination and implementation of project plans.
- Maintain key Brand Marketing documents, calendars, and workflows.
- Contribute to innovative campaigns showcasing Holt Renfrew’s brands.
- Stay informed on market and industry trends for campaign innovation.
- Support creation of ideas driving traffic and sales across channels.
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes and team performance.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 3-4 years post-university work experience in marketing or related fields.
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to act as a leader and contributor.
- Proficient in project management with ability to meet deadlines.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Interest in fashion, arts, and culture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
