Summary

The Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor (DBA) develops deep, long-lasting relationships with customers to drive brand sales and achieve assigned targets within a luxury retail environment. The role emphasizes delivering extraordinary service, expert product knowledge, and personal client development while supporting in-store merchandising and events. The DBA collaborates with buyers, vendors, and store management to identify marketing opportunities and support brand performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and consistently exceed personal and brand sales targets.
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition, development, and retention activities.
• Share expert product knowledge and support team education and vendor training.
• Drive brand sales through event execution, marketing initiatives, and assortment recommendations.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods and resolve customer service issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commission-based retail sales environment.
• Prior luxury retail product specialist experience preferred.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong multi-tasking, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused skills.
