Summary
The Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor develops deep, long lasting relationships with customers to increase sales, service, and loyalty while achieving assigned brand sales targets. This role delivers expert product knowledge, supports brand marketing and events, and maintains strong relationships with buyers and vendors in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary service to all customers consistently
- Exceed personal and brand sales and service targets
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention
- Share expert product knowledge with the store selling team
- Drive brand sales via marketing opportunities, events, and assortment recommendations
- Attend educational sessions including product and vendor training
- Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with personal clients about events, requests, and follow up
- Resolve customer service issues and partner with selling management as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a commission based sales environment
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Prior luxury retail product specialist experience preferred
- Highly collaborative and able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, self confident, and self motivated
- Fully bilingual in French and English
