Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and exceed personal and brand sales targets.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through outreach and relationship development.
• Share product knowledge, support brand events, and recommend merchandising opportunities.
• Perform visual merchandising, floor recovery, and price changes.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with store management.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least two years of commission-based sales experience; luxury retail product specialist experience preferred.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
