Summary

The Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor builds lasting customer relationships to increase sales, service, and loyalty. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets for the assigned beauty brand while providing expert product knowledge and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed personal and brand sales goals.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through outreach, follow-up, and relationship development.
• Share product knowledge, support brand events, and recommend merchandising opportunities.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks.
• Resolve customer service concerns and comply with health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least two years of commission-based sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets; luxury retail product specialist experience is preferred.
• Fully bilingual in French and English, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
