Summary

The Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor builds long-lasting customer relationships to drive brand sales, service, and client loyalty in a luxury retail environment. Responsible for achieving assigned brand sales targets and delivering expert product knowledge while supporting store merchandising and events. This in-store role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service to all customers and exceed personal sales and service goals
• Achieve brand sales targets and drive brand growth through key marketing opportunities and events
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition, development, and retention
• Share expert product knowledge and attend all product and vendor training sessions
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
• Communicate regularly with personal clients regarding events, requests, and follow-up
• Resolve customer service issues and partner with selling management as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum two years of experience in a commission-based sales environment
• Prior luxury retail product specialist experience preferred
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and strong clienteling skills
• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; highly collaborative and able to multi-task
