The Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor builds lasting customer relationships to increase sales, service, and loyalty. The role is responsible for meeting sales targets for an assigned beauty brand while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and exceed personal and brand sales targets.
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through ongoing outreach and relationship development.
• Share product expertise and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and store management.
• Identify brand marketing opportunities, execute events, and recommend assortments.
• Attend educational sessions and support floor recovery, visual merchandising, and price changes.
• Resolve customer service issues and comply with health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least two years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets; luxury retail product specialist experience is preferred.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in French and English.
