Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor

Summary

The Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor builds lasting customer relationships to increase sales, service, and loyalty. This role is responsible for meeting sales targets for the assigned beauty brand while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal and brand sales and service targets while building and maintaining a loyal client base.
• Share product expertise and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and store management.
• Identify marketing opportunities, support brand events, and provide assortment recommendations.
• Perform visual merchandising, floor recovery, price changes, and related sales support tasks.
• Contact clients about events, product requests, sales follow-up, and other relevant updates.
• Resolve customer service issues and attend required product and sales training.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least two years of experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets; luxury product specialist experience is preferred.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial, competitive, confident, and self-motivated, with the ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on customer needs.
