Summary
Responsible for accurate e-commerce order fulfillment and daily processing activities including printing, sorting, scanning, matching, packing, and preparing shipping documents at the Dayton distribution and service center. Acts as a subject matter expert supporting training and ensuring adherence to packaging and shipping protocols while assisting with inventory and supply management.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily workflow of customer orders including printing, sorting, scanning, matching, and distributing pick tickets
- Prepare shipping documents and reconcile NOVA orders with leadership
- Pick, pack, and process e-commerce client orders following packaging standards
- Identify high value and express orders and ensure proper handling and shipping
- Report unshipped or missing stock items and reconcile by end of day
- Assist with training new employees on e-commerce processing and software systems
- Support inventory counts and oversight of moving personnel for scanning and pallet counts
- Manage purchase and inventory of packaging supplies
- Communicate daily with leadership regarding inquiries, spot checks, and special orders
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience including internships or similar roles
- High school diploma required; BA or BS preferred
- Proficiency with SCALE WMS, NOVA, Cegid, Microsoft Office and Teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexibility to work overtime and scheduled weekends during peak seasons
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
