Job Description

Summary

The Specialist, Global Corporate Communications supports PR operations, analytics and asset development for Global PR and Corporate Communications. This role manages reporting, post-campaign analysis, competitive research and develops press materials and executive communications while supporting global store opening communications and related projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee annual audit of global press assets, programs and regional needs
  • Run post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness of PR programs and initiatives
  • Develop and present PR reports, recaps and dashboards to senior management
  • Survey competitive landscape and provide strategic and creative insights for Global PR
  • Develop written press materials including press releases, media alerts and tip sheets
  • Draft executive talking points and responses
  • Develop communications for global store openings and retail projects
  • Oversee project flow and communications for asset development supporting press strategy
  • Manage budgets and multiple vendor relationships for projects

Requirements

  • Undergraduate college degree, preferably in PR or Communications
  • 5 years of related experience
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Ability to manage and operate under tight deadlines
  • Experience managing and developing employees
  • Availability for non-traditional work hours including nights and weekends when necessary
