Summary
We are seeking an SEO & GEO Specialist to join the Global Growth Marketing team to scale the brand's global presence and optimize the digital ecosystem for both traditional search and AI-driven discovery. Reporting to the Global SEO/GEO Manager, this role supports end-to-end search operations including technical audits, content scaling, off-site authority, and performance reporting. The Specialist will translate search insights into actionable intelligence and partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Media, Creative, Regional, and IT teams to drive client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of the international SEO and GEO roadmap to drive visibility across traditional and AI-assisted search engines.
- Conduct keyword and prompt-topic research and optimize on-page elements, site structure, and content for machine comprehension.
- Perform technical SEO audits and monitor site health, crawlability, indexation, page speed, and Core Web Vitals; partner with IT to implement fixes.
- Implement and maintain structured data (Schema.org) and QA site releases, template changes, and migrations.
- Assess E-E-A-T and support digital PR and backlink strategies to enhance off-site authority and accurate brand representation.
- Own recurring reporting, competitive tracking, and enablement to upskill partner teams on search trends and anomalies.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience in-house or agency, ideally within retail or e-commerce.
- Foundational technical SEO knowledge including crawlability, indexability, site architecture, and structured data.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one enterprise SEO tool (eg, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and tracking KPIs.
- Experience supporting multi-market, multi-lingual digital programs is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field; familiarity with CMS, Jira, HTML/CSS, and data visualization tools is preferred.
