Job Description

Summary

The Learning Specialist designs, develops and implements learner-centric training solutions to support onboarding, capability development, change initiatives and technology adoption across the organization. This role partners with business leaders, subject matter experts and HR communities to deliver and continuously improve training programs and measure their effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Support a team of learning professionals to deliver learner-centric solutions that meet strategic objectives
  • Support all stages of the learning lifecycle including strategy, curriculum design, content development, delivery support, measurement and maintenance
  • Ensure learning solutions follow adult learning principles and the 70/20/10 framework and maintain quality standards
  • Collaborate with Learning Partners, HRBPs and HR COE communities
  • Evaluate and measure the efficiency of training programs and methodologies and report on L&D metrics
  • Identify, engage and partner with vendors and service providers to deliver to-standard learning solutions

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in adult education, human resources, organizational development or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources and/or learning with a focus on training and talent development
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Intermediate experience with rapid eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360)
  • Intermediate experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
