Specialist PR and Communications

As a Specialist in PR and Communications, you will support the Senior Global PR & Marketing Manager in initiatives for the Oliver Peoples brand. You will play a crucial role in managing VIP relations, PR inventory, and editorial work, ensuring the brand's visibility and reputation are maintained at the highest level.

• Secure celebrity placements through collaboration with top-tier stylists and lead influencer gifting initiatives.
• Oversee custom and prescription frames for VIP clients and manage showroom appointments with high-profile talent.
• Create invoices for VIP purchases and coordinate with boutiques for VIP visits.
• Manage PR-related shipments and provide daily in-office support for product pulls.
• Handle sample send-outs and returns, maintain a clean PR closet, and order inventory for new collections.
• Create celebrity blasts, compile monthly placement reports, and draft press releases.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of marketing or event experience.
• Advanced knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of optical/eyewear luxury products is preferred.
