Requirements- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Event Management, or related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, experiential marketing, events, or retail activations.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and balance priorities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to internal teams and external vendors.
- Experience negotiating with vendors and internal teams.
