The Specialist manages digital learning content and platform operations, coordinates localization and production, and uses learner insights and performance data to improve effectiveness. Success in this role requires strong project management, attention to detail, creativity, and an understanding of luxury retail, fine jewelry, and adult learning principles.

Location: This position is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Learning Platform Management

  • Support the instructional design and production of mobile-first microlearning for the retail learning platform.
  • Manage platform content calendars, weekly posts, learner communications, and publishing workflows.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain learner data and troubleshoot access, integration, and reporting issues in partnership with Human Resources, Information Technology, regional teams, and vendors.
  • Develop dashboards and recurring reports that track engagement, completion, and learning trends by region.

Learning Content and Program Support

  • Partner with subject-matter experts to design and update learning content on fine jewelry, craftsmanship, client engagement, selling skills, and operational excellence.
  • Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create clear, engaging, and performance-focused learning experiences.
  • Develop toolkits, facilitator guides, job aids, presentations, and reinforcement resources that support consistent execution in stores.
  • Coordinate graphic and video production, ensuring materials meet brand, accessibility, and quality standards.
  • Manage the end-to-end translation and localization process, including source-file preparation, market review, quality assurance, and final delivery.
  • Gather learner feedback and analyze participation, completion, and performance data to recommend improvements and maintain relevance across markets.

Core Capabilities

  • Luxury Client Focus – Understands how exceptional learning experiences translate into elevated, personalized client interactions.
  • Jewelry and Brand Storytelling – Brings curiosity and knowledge of fine jewelry, craftsmanship, heritage, and product storytelling.
  • Project Management – Manages multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Global Collaboration – Works inclusively across cultures, functions, and regions with sound judgment and cultural awareness.
  • Digital Fluency – Uses learning platforms, content tools, and data to improve the learner experience and business impact.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $77,000 - $95,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, education, instructional design, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail learning and development, instructional design, training coordination, or digital learning; experience in luxury, fashion, or jewelry is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to create learner-centered content for instructor-led, virtual, mobile, and self-paced formats.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Experience administering a learning experience platform, learning management system, or social learning platform.
  • Ability to interpret learner data, identify trends, and produce clear reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing tools, or similar content-authoring software is a plus.
