- Support the enhancement and tracking of processes across the Strategic Partnerships ecosystem, including customer experiences, marketing campaigns, and in-store event planning.
- Engage leased partners in sustainability initiatives.
- Develop strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with vendor and executive teams.
- Identify potential business partners and opportunities, including online marketplace vendors.
- Ensure the Holt Renfrew brand is represented in vendor selection and customer service.
- Collaborate with corporate departments to align goals and achieve company vision.
- Administer and track Strategic Partnerships programs and processes.
- Lead weekly sales reporting and provide insights and learnings.
- Manage vendor enquiries and reporting related to the Strategic Partnerships brand portfolio.
- Support leased brand boutiques and their operations.
- Oversee Strategic Partnership agreements and track key terms and dates.
- Update and maintain information in databases.
- Assist in developing critical paths and rolling out projects and programs.
- Coordinate activities related to new lease vendor onboardings or conversions.
- Partner with Fashion Office and vendor marketing on seasonal campaigns.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements- Post-secondary degree in a related field.
