Specialist, Visual Merchandising - 57th Street

Summary

The Specialist, Visual Merchandising coordinates and maintains visual merchandising standards at the boutique, including window installations, selling-floor presentations, and display elements. This full-time, in-store role partners with boutique management and the Visual Lead to support an elevated client experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate visual merchandising direction, animations, and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management.
• Maintain window and selling-floor presentations between floor sets, installations, and collection launches.
• Coordinate the movement and storage of display elements with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Photograph boutique displays after sets and update photos when changes are made.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar or higher position, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable art- or fashion-related study.
• Knowledge of fashion styling, merchandising, visual display, digital photography, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays, and ability to move items up to 25 pounds.
