Specialist, Visual Merchandising - 57th Street Flagship Boutique

Summary

The Specialist, Visual Merchandising is responsible for implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards on the selling floor and windows of the flagship boutique. This role coordinates installs, ensures proper use of fixtures and mannequins, documents displays via photography, and collaborates with boutique management and Image Ambassadors. The Specialist works independently on projects and supports events and collection launches while maintaining brand presentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and enforce visual merchandising direction, animations, and guidelines across the boutique
• Supervise implementation of floor sets and window installations and ensure correct use of fixtures and selling tools
• Manage movement and storage of display elements in conjunction with the Visual Merchandise Manager
• Document boutique displays with photography and update VM assets in shared storage after changes
• Collaborate with boutique management to support merchandise initiatives and event needs

Requirements

• Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or related Art or Fashion field
• At least 2 years in a similar visual merchandising role, preferably with a luxury brand
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital photography, and phone applications for project execution
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Able to lift and move items up to 25 lbs
