Specialist, Visual Merchandising - Ala Moana

Summary

The Specialist, Visual Merchandising coordinates and maintains visual merchandising standards throughout the boutique. This role partners with boutique management and the Visual Lead to deliver compelling displays and support an elevated client experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate visual merchandising direction, animations, and guidelines to boutique teams.
• Coordinate display element movement and storage with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Maintain windows and selling floors according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Photograph completed displays and update boutique images after changes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or higher, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable art- or fashion-related study.
• Knowledge of fashion styling, merchandising, visual display, and digital photography.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work collaboratively with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push items up to 25 pounds and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
