Specialist Visual Merchandising - Ala Moana

Summary

Oversees the coordination and execution of visual merchandising standards within the boutique, supervising the implementation and maintenance of VM guidelines including window installs, fixtures, and mannequins. Partners with the Visual Lead and Boutique Management to ensure merchandise initiatives and events are executed and business needs are met. Coordinates movement and storage of display elements, documents floor and window sets with photography, and delivers VM projects independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and oversee VM direction, animations, and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management
• Implement and maintain window installations and selling floor merchandising according to VM guidelines
• Coordinate movement, storage, and setup of display elements in conjunction with the Visual Merchandise Manager
• Ensure photographs of floor and window sets are taken and updated in shared storage for maintenance and submission
• Work independently to manage VM projects and deliver timely results
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with boutique teams to support merchandise initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable Art/Fashion related course of study
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position or higher, preferably with a luxury brand
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email, and mobile/digital photography applications
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to move and lift items up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays; full-time in-store presence required
