Summary

The Specialist, Visual Merchandising coordinates and maintains visual merchandising standards throughout the boutique. The role supports window installations, floor sets, collection launches, and an elevated client experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate visual merchandising direction, animations, and guidelines to Image Ambassadors and boutique management.
• Coordinate the movement and storage of display elements with the Visual Merchandise Manager.
• Maintain windows and selling floors according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Photograph boutique displays after floor and window sets and update documentation when changes are made.
• Collaborate with boutique teams and independently manage projects through timely completion.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar or higher position, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Associate degree in Display and Exhibition Design or comparable art or fashion-related study.
• Knowledge of fashion styling, merchandising, and visual display; proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital photography.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and client experience skills.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push items up to 25 pounds and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Full-time, in-person boutique presence required.
