SummaryAs a Specialized Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the General Office and the Jewelry Department under the leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. Responsibilities- Open the store, manage safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
- Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, chargebacks reconciliation, and cash counting.
- Resolve customer issues, research and process payments, and track customer packages.
- Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, and process re-tickets, RTVs, Transfers, and price changes.
- Ensure case counts are completed and discrepancies reconciled.
- Maintain a repair log and track all repairs sent to vendors or local shops.
- Assist in trunk show set-up/take down and recap results.
- Prepare and submit special order requests and Statements of Sale.
- Communicate with Corporate Merchants, Account Payable, Inventory Control, and vendors.
- Ensure Internal Audit readiness and adherence to standards.
- Assist managers and associates on the selling floor as necessary.
- Process Fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer skills, including Google and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work a schedule as per business needs.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts.
