Specialized Operations Associate

Summary

The Specialized Operations Associate supports daily general office operations and operational functions for the jewelry department. The role helps maintain accurate inventory, complete fulfillment tasks, and support store and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Open the store and handle cash entry, bank deposits, chargebacks, and register and petty cash counts.
• Resolve customer issues and manage bills, packages, and fulfillment orders.
• Receive, verify, book, transfer, and return jewelry merchandise in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain case counts, repair logs, audit readiness, and related records.
• Support trunk shows, special orders, vendor communications, and selling-floor needs.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills, including Google tools and Microsoft Office, and ability to adapt to changing technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule, attention to detail, professional communication, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 pounds, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts.
