Specialized Operations Associate

As a Specialized Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the General Office and the Jewelry Department under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will ensure smooth operational functions and maintain high standards in both general office tasks and jewelry operations.

• Open the store, manage the safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
• Maintain daily functions such as cash entry, bank deposits, chargeback reconciliation, and cash counting.
• Resolve internal and external customer issues, including bill payments and package tracking.
• Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, and manage jewelry inventory and processing.
• Complete case counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain repair logs.
• Assist in trunk show setups and manage special order requests.
• Ensure Internal Audit readiness and assist on the selling floor as needed.
• Process Fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities.

• Strong communication skills and ability to establish positive interpersonal relationships.
• Proficiency in Google and MS Office, with adaptability to changing technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Experience in applying store policies and procedures in decision-making.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle interactions professionally.
