Specialized Operations Associate

As a Specialized Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the General Office and Jewelry Department under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will ensure smooth operations by handling various tasks related to cash management, customer service, and jewelry processing.

• Open the store, manage the safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
• Maintain daily functions such as cash entry, bank deposits, chargeback reconciliation, and cash counting.
• Resolve internal and external customer issues, including bill payments and package tracking.
• Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines for receiving and booking jewelry.
• Process re-tickets, RTVs, transfers, ASN shipments, and price changes.
• Complete case counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain a repair log and track repairs sent to vendors or local shops.
• Assist in trunk show set-up and take down, and prepare special order requests.
• Ensure Internal Audit readiness and assist on the selling floor as needed.
• Process Fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities.

• 2+ years of experience in a retail or operations role.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google and MS Office.
• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule as per business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
