Responsibilities- Open the store, manage the safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
- Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, chargebacks reconciliation, and cash counting.
- Resolve customer issues, manage bill payments, and track customer packages.
- Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, and process re-tickets, RTVs, transfers, and price changes.
- Ensure accurate case counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain repair logs and track repairs sent to vendors or local shops.
- Assist in trunk show set-up and take down, and prepare special order requests.
- Communicate with Corporate Merchants, Account Payable, Inventory Control, and vendors.
- Ensure Internal Audit readiness and assist on the selling floor as needed.
- Process Fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities.
Requirements- Strong communication skills and ability to establish positive interpersonal relationships.
- Proficiency in Google and MS Office, and adaptability to changing technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and handle merchandise racks and carts.
- Flexible schedule availability as per business needs.
- Experience in applying store policies and procedures in decision-making.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling issues.
