Job Description

Summary

As a Specialized Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the General Office and Jewelry Department under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will ensure smooth operational functions and maintain high standards in both general office and jewelry operations.

Responsibilities
  • Open the store, manage safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
  • Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, chargeback reconciliation, and cash counting.
  • Resolve customer issues, manage bill payments, and process customer packages.
  • Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, and manage jewelry inventory and processing.
  • Process re-tickets, RTVs, transfers, ASN shipments, and price changes.
  • Ensure case counts are completed and discrepancies reconciled.
  • Maintain repair logs and track repairs sent to vendors.
  • Assist in trunk show set-up and take down, and manage special orders.
  • Ensure Internal Audit readiness and assist on the selling floor as needed.
  • Process fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail operations role.
  • Strong computer skills, including Google and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule as per business needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and handle merchandise racks and carts.
