Job Description

Summary

As a Specialized Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the General Office and the Jewelry Department under the leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will ensure smooth operational functions and maintain high standards in both areas.

Responsibilities
  • Open the store, manage the safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
  • Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, chargebacks reconciliation, and cash counting.
  • Resolve customer issues, process bills, and track customer packages.
  • Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, and manage jewelry inventory.
  • Process re-tickets, RTVs, Transfers, ASN Shipments, and price changes.
  • Complete case counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain repair logs and track repairs.
  • Assist in trunk show set-up and take down, and manage special orders.
  • Ensure Internal Audit readiness and assist on the selling floor as needed.
  • Process Fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to establish positive relationships.
  • Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and handle merchandise racks and carts.
  • Proficiency in Google and MS Office, and adaptability to new technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to apply store policies and procedures in decision-making.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle issues professionally.
