Specialized Operations Associate

Summary

The Specialized Operations Associate supports daily General Office operations and operational functions for the Jewelry Department. The role helps maintain accurate merchandise, cash, fulfillment, and audit processes while providing support to store managers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Open the store and support daily cash handling, deposits, reconciliations, and register functions.
• Receive, verify, book, transfer, and return jewelry merchandise; process retickets, price changes, and fulfillment orders.
• Track jewelry repairs, support trunk shows and special orders, and communicate with corporate teams and vendors.
• Maintain audit readiness and assist managers and associates on the selling floor as needed.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills, including Google and Microsoft Office, and ability to adapt to changing technology.
• Attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 pounds, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts.
