SummaryAs a Specialized Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the General Office and Jewelry Department under the leadership of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. Responsibilities- Open the store, manage safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
- Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, chargebacks reconciliation, and petty cash management.
- Resolve internal and external customer issues, including bill payments and package tracking.
- Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, and manage jewelry inventory and processes.
- Process re-tickets, RTVs, Transfers, ASN Shipments, and price changes.
- Ensure case counts are completed and discrepancies reconciled.
- Maintain repair logs and track repairs sent to vendors or local shops.
- Assist in trunk show set-up/take down and manage special order requests.
- Communicate with Corporate Merchants, Account Payable, Inventory Control, and vendors.
- Ensure Internal Audit readiness and assist on the selling floor as necessary.
- Process Fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer skills, including Google and MS Office.
- Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and handle merchandise racks and carts.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply store policies in decision-making.
