Responsibilities- Open the store, manage safe, controller, registers, and distribute reports.
- Maintain daily functions including cash entry, bank deposits, chargebacks reconciliation, and cash counting.
- Resolve customer issues, manage bill payments, and process customer packages.
- Follow Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, and manage jewelry inventory and processing.
- Ensure case counts are completed and discrepancies reconciled.
- Maintain repair logs and manage special orders and Statements of Sale.
- Communicate with Corporate Merchants, Account Payable, Inventory Control, and vendors.
- Ensure Internal Audit readiness and assist on the selling floor as needed.
- Process Fulfillment orders and handle ad hoc responsibilities.
Requirements- Strong communication skills and ability to establish positive interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts.
- Proficiency in Google and MS Office, and adaptability to changing technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to apply store policies and procedures in decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle interactions professionally.
