Summary

The Specialized Operations Associate Supervisor leads store opening and daily operations, including cash handling, jewelry processing, and returns. This role supports audit readiness, customer issue resolution, team training, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate store opening and supervise daily cash, deposit, and reconciliation processes.
• Oversee jewelry receiving, inventory accuracy, transfers, repairs, special orders, fulfillment, and trunk show operations.
• Manage returns desk service, scheduling, product organization, transfers, and compliance.
• Maintain audit readiness, support cross-functional training, and partner with store and corporate teams.
• Coach and motivate associates, support selling-floor needs, and resolve escalated issues.

Requirements

• Strong communication, computer, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to coach associates, follow policies, and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to lift cartons up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts.
