Summary

Responsibilities

• Apply strings, webbing, edge roll, and other materials to frames using appropriate tools and methods.
• Tie springs to frames using the 8 Way Hand Tie method, meeting quality and product design specifications.
• Use hand tools such as staple guns, mallets, hammers, and staple pullers.
• Perform other duties as needed, including work outside the regular area.

Requirements

• At least six months of experience in a similar role and knowledge of upholstered products.
• Ability to read production tickets and communicate with team members.
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision and maintain attention to detail, attendance, and punctuality.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, use hands, reach, and lift, carry, push, pull, or grip up to 100 pounds.
