- Drive automation initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and system monitoring.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements in HR technology solutions.
Requirements- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering with expertise in HR HCM systems.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology or related field.
- Proven ability to implement and maintain enterprise HCM solutions with a focus on scalability and reliability.
- Experience as a team lead or similar role.
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with backend databases such as Spanner, Postgres, or NoSQL.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with messaging middleware like Kafka or SQS.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with modern HCM systems like Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with nontechnical audiences.
- Strong communication skills and experience mentoring junior engineers.
