Sr. Analyst - Blue Book Project Management, Diamonds

Summary

The Senior Analyst manages Blue Book, High Jewelry, client-owned merchandise, and repair projects involving diamonds. This role coordinates cross-functional teams and suppliers to support product quality, pricing accuracy, procurement, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, milestones, and documentation, and track deliverables through product signoff.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal partners to procure, track, and manage stones and related product requirements.
• Oversee stone movement, inventory counts, purchase orders, and data integrity.
• Analyze project status and budgets, report progress, identify risks, and support mitigation plans.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and develop process improvements to support speed-to-market goals.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• Demonstrated project management and process improvement experience, including managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and working knowledge of MRP systems.
• Ability to travel based on business needs; a Graduate Gemologist degree is preferred.
