Job Description

Summary

As a Sr Client Relations Manager at South Coast Plaza, you will lead and elevate client relations activities, developing strategies to ensure exceptional service and foster long-term client loyalty. Reporting to the Director of Client Relations of the West Region, your role will be critical in delivering an elevated client experience across our stores in OC Metro.

Responsibilities
  • Co-create the region's strategy for driving exceptional product categories and tailor the approach by store.
  • Propose results-oriented actions and play a key role in in-store client-focused animations.
  • Partner with Stores Client Development and Top Sellers to create innovative action plans.
  • Build relationships with top clients to drive loyalty to the brand.
  • Operate cross-functionally with multiple departments.
Requirements
  • Extensive people management skills gained within a high-profile luxury retail brand.
  • World-class customer service skills.
  • Experience in direct clienteling, high-level hosting, and elevated selling environments.
  • Desire to continuously strive to meet business objectives and exceed client expectations.
