Responsibilities- Build cost-effective, high-value solutions leveraging SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, SQL Databases, BI, and other tools.
- Configure, monitor, and manage permissions, user access, and security settings in SharePoint and Power Apps.
- Perform technical feasibility assessments to identify suitable development platforms.
- Stay informed about technical advancements and enhance applications with new tools and capabilities.
- Collaborate with teams to translate complex business requirements into valuable applications.
- Assess and prioritize business requests to ensure cost-effectiveness and support from senior leadership.
- Define clear business objectives, capture detailed requirements, and establish accurate timeframes for project milestones.
- Manage and track multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience building custom SharePoint sites, workflows, and applications.
- Development experience with Power Platform tools (preferred).
- Experience managing all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of UX best practices and tools.
- Experience providing user support and troubleshooting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in software development or computer engineering.
- Strong understanding of business process optimization and automation.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions.
- Proficient in quickly learning and implementing new technologies.
