- Define and oversee testing and innovation agendas across publisher segments, offer types, and campaign strategies.
- Own performance analysis and channel reporting, surfacing insights that inform investment strategy and partner planning.
- Leverage customer and data insights to identify opportunities for new partner strategies and optimizations.
- Lead senior-level relationships with affiliate vendors and agency partners to drive innovation, strategic growth, and accountability.
- Serve as a key cross-functional partner to creative, analytics, merchandising, and strategy teams to ensure integrated campaign performance.
- Build and evolve operational frameworks, processes, and governance models to support team scalability and program efficiency.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 7+ years of affiliate or performance marketing experience, including 3+ years of people leadership.
- Proven experience leading scaled affiliate programs, managing large partner portfolios, and driving measurable growth.
- Strong executive communication, cross-functional leadership, and organizational development skills.
- Deep experience managing senior-level agency and vendor relationships with a focus on innovation and long-term value.
