Job Description

Summary

The Sr Digital Marketing Manager Affiliates and Influencer is responsible for leading the strategy, growth, and operational excellence of the affiliate marketing function. This role involves setting the vision for the affiliate channel, including Influencer, Media Content, Shopping, and Loyalty publisher groups, aligning partner strategies with enterprise goals, and overseeing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic vision, planning, and execution of the affiliate channel, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business priorities.
  • Manage, coach, and scale a team of affiliate marketing team members, fostering development, accountability, and platform expertise.
  • Define and oversee testing and innovation agendas across publisher segments, offer types, and campaign strategies.
  • Own performance analysis and channel reporting, surfacing insights that inform investment strategy and partner planning.
  • Leverage customer and data insights to identify opportunities for new partner strategies and optimizations.
  • Lead senior-level relationships with affiliate vendors and agency partners to drive innovation, strategic growth, and accountability.
  • Serve as a key cross-functional partner to creative, analytics, merchandising, and strategy teams to ensure integrated campaign performance.
  • Build and evolve operational frameworks, processes, and governance models to support team scalability and program efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of affiliate or performance marketing experience, including 3+ years of people leadership.
  • Proven experience leading scaled affiliate programs, managing large partner portfolios, and driving measurable growth.
  • Strong executive communication, cross-functional leadership, and organizational development skills.
  • Deep experience managing senior-level agency and vendor relationships with a focus on innovation and long-term value.
