Job Description

Summary

Senior Digital Tech responsible for supporting photographers in lighting and capturing product photography and video for e-commerce. Manages digital workflow and assets, maintains color accuracy and equipment, and troubleshoots technical issues to ensure high production quality and studio consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Support photographers with lighting for digital photography and video for e-commerce operations
  • Work with photographers on lighting diagrams and equipment maintenance
  • Manage and optimize digital assets and image processing workflows
  • Collaborate with studio teams and external partners to improve image creation processes
  • Ensure color accuracy and lighting quality across studios
  • Identify production issues and implement solutions aligned with studio KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement in a high volume production environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of fashion or product e-commerce photography experience; portfolio required
  • Experience in high volume, high production studio environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage change
  • Advanced technical proficiency with Mac OS, Photoshop, Capture One, and color calibration software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to build positive relationships across teams and influence photography direction
