Job Description

Summary

Senior leader responsible for finance, accounting, internal control and operations for the joint venture, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting, compliance with MH LVMH rules, efficient production and supply chain processes, and delivery of strategic and business planning to meet company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead finance and operations functions including strategic planning, budgeting and long term business planning.
  • Oversee consolidated financial reporting in compliance with MH LVMH rules and deliver analysis to CEO, Executive Committee and Board.
  • Manage forecasting, planning, P&L analysis, cash forecasting and CAPEX requests.
  • Ensure efficient operations across production, sourcing, supply chain and logistics and participate in S&OP processes.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives and optimize resource allocation.
  • Own internal control processes, run annual internal control self assessment and maintain process documentation.
  • Build and implement an efficient finance organization and support change initiatives to simplify planning and reporting.
  • Lead, develop and manage a high performing finance and operations team and review key organizational changes.
  • Represent the company at Board meetings and within MH LVMH financial operations communities.

Requirements

  • University degree, MBA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 12 years experience in finance and operations in beverage or similar industry with 2-3 years in a similar role.
  • Strong finance, accounting and internal control knowledge and experience with consolidated reporting.
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint and strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, production and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results under pressure.
  • Experience with financial systems and process implementation.
