Summary
Senior leader responsible for financial management, operational efficiency and internal control for the business, including strategic planning, budgeting, consolidated reporting and liaison with supply, production and logistics partners. Role leads Finance and Operations teams to ensure compliance with MH LVMH rules, optimize resources and support global market performance while advancing continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance and operations functions including budgeting, forecasting and long term planning.
- Ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting in line with MH LVMH rules and present to CEO and Board.
- Manage internal control processes and annual self assessment activities.
- Oversee supply, production and logistics coordination to support brand growth and product availability.
- Drive S&OP participation, monitor forecast accuracy and address slow moving inventory.
- Identify CAPEX needs, build cash forecasts and analyze cash flow evolutions.
- Lead continuous improvement and change initiatives to simplify planning and reporting.
- Build and develop a high performing Finance and Operations team and review key organizational changes.
- Represent the company in executive committees and board meetings.
Requirements
- University degree with MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in finance and operations in beverage or similar industry with 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Strong finance, accounting and internal control knowledge and reporting experience.
- Experience with logistics, supply chain and production processes.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint and strong analytical abilities.
- Proven leadership, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, work under pressure and engage cross cultural stakeholders.
