Sr Director Of Supply Chain And Operations

As the Sr Director of Supply Chain and Operations, you will be responsible for elevating the supply chain and manufacturing department to future scale at our New York headquarters. This role requires a strategic leader with experience managing international teams and overseas manufacturing partners, ensuring product manufacturing and T&A calendar milestones are met.

• Assume full ownership of the end-to-end manufacturing process, validating cross-functional deliverables to ensure efficiency.
• Lead project management meetings to ensure production plans and schedules are met.
• Manage and grow a team of U.S. and international-based FTEs, spearheading communications among various teams and manufacturers.
• Align weekly product development priorities with overall business goals.
• Monitor and communicate team adherence to company KPIs, enhancing reporting suites.
• Drive strategies to achieve operational excellence, optimizing workflow and resource utilization.
• Oversee the integration and optimization of technology within operations.

• 7+ years managing product concept to market through international supply chains.
• Experience managing Asia-based teams and traveling in the region up to 2x per quarter.
• Experience working with international manufacturing partners in China and/or SE Asia.
• Ability to interface with a wide range of functional areas and familiarity with manufacturing and production concepts.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Project Management Tools, Netsuite, and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven track record of strategic leadership in a corporate setting.
