Responsibilities- Assume full ownership of the end-to-end manufacturing process, validating cross-functional deliverables to ensure efficiency.
- Lead project management meetings to ensure production plans and schedules are met.
- Develop and manage comprehensive production planning strategies.
- Manage and grow a team of U.S. and international-based FTEs.
- Spearhead communications among the KREWE Design Team, overseas development and production team, and 3rd Party Manufacturers.
- Align weekly product development priorities with overall business goals.
- Monitor and communicate team adherence to company KPIs.
- Drive strategies to achieve operational excellence and optimize workflow.
- Oversee the integration and optimization of technology within operations.
Requirements- 7+ years managing product concept to market through international supply chains.
- Experience managing Asia-based teams and traveling in region up to 2x per quarter.
- Experience working with international manufacturing partners in China and/or SE Asia.
- Ability to interface with a wide range of functional areas.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Highly proficient in Project Management Tools, Netsuite, and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven track record of strategic leadership in a corporate setting.
