Seeking a motivated senior financial analyst to support Inventory Finance through forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and analysis. The role consolidates month-end results, develops monthly and weekly forecasts, partners with cross-functional teams, and drives process improvements in a hybrid Seattle environment.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate month-end inventory results and ensure reporting accuracy
- Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts focused on labor and non-labor expenses
- Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and analyze inventory performance
- Create and streamline monthly and weekly reports to reveal trends
- Serve as key inventory finance contact and communicate with non-financial leaders
- Analyze data to drive actionable outcomes and support decision making
- Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects as assigned
- Drive process improvements and reporting simplification
Requirements
- 3+ years of related financial planning and analysis experience
- BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Hyperion Essbase experience a plus
- Ability to manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and data integrity
