The position involves supporting the SVP of Transportation and various VP and Director level roles, managing HR programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align programs with strategic goals.
Responsibilities- Partner with Sr. HR Director and business leaders to identify people priorities and drive HR strategies.
- Support multiple business leaders in a matrixed organization to enhance organizational performance.
- Lead development and maintenance of HR programs impacting Supply Chain Operations.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify solutions to business challenges.
- Utilize data and trends to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Execute talent management and workforce planning initiatives.
- Act as a thought partner on organizational design and capabilities.
- Provide leadership coaching and support team effectiveness efforts.
- Collaborate on performance management and employee relations in Fulfillment and Distribution Centers.
- Support change management initiatives and drive employee engagement efforts.
- Build strong relationships with employees and business leaders.
- Navigate multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Requirements- 7+ years of applicable HR experience with business leaders.
- 2+ years in talent management and program/project management preferred.
- Experience supporting a Supply Chain business is a plus.
- Proven ability to consult effectively with business teams and leaders.
- Strong business and people acumen with influence at all levels.
- Ability to partner across HR teams for effective solutions.
- Experience in change management for large-scale transformations.
- Experience in organizational design with business leaders.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
