Job Description

Summary

The Sr. HR Program Manager supports Merchandising and Operations HR leaders by managing operational planning and program execution to deliver strategic HR priorities. This role coordinates timelines, processes, data analysis, and cross team efforts while enabling HR leadership to focus on strategy and long-term vision.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare People Dashboards with key HR metrics and partner with HR Directors and COE teams to validate trends and outliers
  • Align HR work into a cohesive roadmap and calendar for the Merch and Operations HR team
  • Facilitate process efficiencies and manage operational details and logistics
  • Coordinate talent processes including Pay and Performance calibration sessions and prepare presentations and analyses
  • Manage the Voice of the Employee survey process, create templates, analyze data, and support action plan follow through
  • Support HR priorities and People Plan activities and monitor progress against goals
  • Organize stakeholder meetings, synthesize inputs, and manage follow ups to ensure accountability
  • Develop and maintain a centralized Team SharePoint repository
  • Support ad hoc projects and performance management activities as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of combined HR, project, or program management experience
  • Experience partnering with business leaders to drive outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to create and optimize processes
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to inform decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and work product
