Job Description

Summary

Senior HR Business Partner supporting Finance and Credit within Corporate Functions. Acts as a strategic partner to leaders to drive employee engagement, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change management in a fast paced matrixed environment. Uses data and business acumen to consult, influence, and deliver HR solutions that accelerate business performance. This is a hybrid role based in Seattle requiring on site presence most workdays.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and implement HR solutions addressing key business priorities.
  • Shape and execute people plans to accelerate organizational performance.
  • Lead talent management activities and workforce planning to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Guide labor budget planning and execution with Finance and cross functional partners.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to implement HR programs and practices.
  • Deliver leadership coaching and support team effectiveness efforts.
  • Support change management and employee engagement initiatives during large scale transformations.
  • Use data and trends to diagnose people issues and inform recommendations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of directly applicable HR experience partnering with business leaders.
  • Experience in HR business partner role and HR specialist areas preferred.
  • Proven experience leading large complex programs and change management efforts.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR outcomes.
  • Experience with organizational design and capability building.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
