In this Senior role, you’ll help shape the standards and practices that govern endpoint strategy, driving innovation and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
Responsibilities- Deploy, monitor, and support endpoints including application support, device security, and configuration of policies.
- Maintain compliance and user experience across diverse endpoints, including Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
- Lead and support audits, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to uphold security and regulatory compliance.
- Administer agents, inventory beacons, health checks, lifecycle management, and redirection for cloud transitions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align ITAM practices with business objectives and infrastructure changes.
- Manage and maintain endpoint management systems to ensure compliance, security, and usability.
Requirements- 7+ years of industry experience in an engineering role.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with source control and monitoring tools with a strong focus on integration and operational visibility.
- Proficient in scripting/object-oriented programming using PowerShell, Python, Java, C# for automation/customization.
- Adept in Microsoft infrastructure technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, GPO, IIS, and SQL Server.
- Proven ability to ensure compliance via lifecycle tracking, analysis, and adherence to licensing frameworks and standards.
- Strong background in end-user computing and software lifecycle management, including app packaging and deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage application deployment, monitoring, and compliance in MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf).
- Experienced in infrastructure, configuration, and mobile device management tools in hybrid and cloud environments.
- 5+ years of experience in log analysis, forensic tools, and enterprise-scale IT asset management.
- 3–5 years specifically supporting Flexera One or similar asset management platform.
- Experience in multiple device types including macOS, iOS, Android, and/or Windows.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts across audiences—verbal, written, and visual.
- Customer service orientation with experience supporting end users in dynamic, time-sensitive enterprise environments.
- Brings a critical thinking mindset to solving complex challenges, from day-to-day operations to high-impact incidents.
- Passionate about continuous learning and staying current with evolving technologies and industry best practices.
- Familiar with ITIL frameworks and holds or pursues certifications to support asset governance and compliance.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, distributed infrastructures in complex, fast-paced organizations.
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across technical and business domains.
- Committed to driving process improvement across software asset management and IT operations.
- Proactive problem solver known for anticipating issues and implementing preventative solutions.
