Job Description

Summary

The Sr. Learning & Leadership Specialist partners with HR and business leaders to design, deliver, and measure enterprise learning programs that align to business priorities. This hybrid role supports the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, including needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, LMS administration, and impact measurement. The role leads complex projects, serves as a trusted consultant to stakeholders, and uses data to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and talent teams to identify learning needs and align learning strategy to business outcomes
  • Design and develop scalable people-centric learning solutions from technical and skill-based to competency-based development
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person learning using adult learning principles
  • Administer and improve the Learning Management System and related learning processes
  • Lead and manage complex learning projects, including vendor partnerships and project planning
  • Analyze program data, measure impact, and present findings to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in adult learning and delivering learning or talent management solutions
  • Experience conducting needs analysis, using data to inform solutions, and measuring program impact
  • Familiarity with design thinking, agile learning development, and end-to-end learning experience design
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage scope, budget, and timelines
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office; experience with Workday preferred
  • Ability to facilitate virtual and in-person sessions and work onsite four days per week in Seattle, WA
